Chloe Marshall is absolutely stunning and would be the perfect advocate for all us BBW’s out there! At just 17 she’s already been been billed for success by contest organisers. Chloe has been heard promoting a strong self acceptance message which is brilliant! Obviously the girl has brains as well as beauty.I wanted to make a bit of a statement. 
When I studied the other entrants for the Miss Surrey competition I concluded that pretty as the contestants were, they were equally all uniformly blonde and Barbie doll like.
